Service & Repair
All services are backed by a minimum 90 day warranty which includes all labor and travel charges. Warranty is based on similarity of reported issue, possible failed part or failure to reliably repair original issue. Parts are warrantied a minimum of 90 days, up to 180 days from the time of service unless specified. Parts are only warrantied if PCT Services is the origin of the parts obtained. ie if customer requests we use their parts, or if they obtain the parts from another source, and hire us to install them, no warranty for parts or services is provided as we cannot back parts or the reliability if obtained from another source.
Toner cartridges are warrantied up to 6 months from date of purchase. Receipt or invoice required for exchanges. Toners, inks and ribbons, if defective in this time period can be exchanged for a same item. Unopened unwanted toners, inks and ribbons can be returned for a refund up to 30 days from the time of purchase, however, if items were factory drop shipped to the customer, a 15% restocking fee + return shipping is deducted from the original amount for the refund total.
Customers who regularly order toner products and are on one of our service discount programs, must meet the minimum purchase level per month to remain at that discount level. All discount programs require at least 1 toner purchase per month, some programs up to 4 per month. Ask us if your not sure what your program requires.
